Unsere Arbeit wirkt!
Wir erheben die Wirkungsorientierung einzelner Projekte mithilfe geeigneter Kenn-zahlen und justieren unsere Angebote ggf. nach. Dabei erbringen wir unsere Leistung in Form von Zeit, Geld, Mitarbeitenden und Angeboten, die der jeweiligen Zielgruppe neues Wissen oder neue Fertigkeiten vermitteln, um erwünschte Veränderungen in ihrem Leben zu bewirken.
Neustart! – Bedarfe erkennen, individuell fördern, Ziele erreichen
Für niedrig qualifizierte oder angelernte Menschen ist es nach der Corona-Pandemie noch schwieriger geworden, eine Arbeitsstelle mit existenzsichernder Bezahlung zu finden. Für sie sind die bestehenden Arbeitsverhältnisse oft unsicher und niedrig entlohnt.
Unsere Bildungskette als Teil des Bonner Modells wurde daher im Rahmen von „Neustart“ noch einmal deutlich erweitert. So beinhaltet das Projekt „Neustart“ differenzierte Module, die speziell auf die Bedarfe der Zielgruppen zugeschnitten sind.

Frauen mit Migrationshintergrund steigen ein
55 Frauen sind seit Juni 2022 in unserem Projekt gestartet. Unsere fünf Hauptwirkungsfelder zeigen, wie die Zielgruppe der Frauen mit Migrationshintergrund im Bezug des Jobcenters Bonn von den eingesetzten Leistungen profitieren: Sie feiern Erfolge durch kleinschrittiges Lernen. Sie erlangen systemrelevante Kenntnisse über Leben und Arbeiten in Deutschland. Sie besuchen den Kurs zum Erwerb des Hauptschulabschlusses oder erwirken die Anerkennung ihrer bisherigen Qualifikation. Sie beginnen eine Ausbildung in der Pflege. Sie nehmen eine Berufstätigkeit auf.
