Dransdorf Miteinander
Dransdorf Miteinander war ein Projekt, das sich für eine gute Versorgung älterer Menschen in Dransdorf eingesetzt hat. Im Mittelpunkt standen dabei diejenigen, die keinen oder nur einen eingeschränkten Zugang zu den bestehenden sozialen, gesundheitlichen und pflegerischen Versorgungsstrukturen haben. Merkmale wie ein Migrationshintergrund oder eine Behinderung können Barrieren darstellen und Zugänge erschweren.
Das Projekt Dransdorf Miteinander wurde zum 30.09.2025 beendet. Das Handbuch mit Angeboten für eine gute Versorgung und Teilhabe älterer Menschen in Dransdorf wurde letztmalig im August 2025 aktualisiert und dem Netzwerk der ehemaligen Paten und Patinnen zur Verfügung gestellt, die diese Informationen bei Bedarf an die älteren Menschen in Dransdorf und Umgebung weiter geben.
