Zukunft der Pflege – rückenwind3
Projektbeschreibung
Das Projekt „Zukunft der Pflege“ wird gefördert durch das Förderprogramm rückenwind3 des Europäischen Sozialfonds (ESF Plus). Unter dem Stichwort Organisationsentwicklung widmet sich der Bonner Verein für Pflege- und Gesundheitsberufe in dem Projekt aktuellen Herausforderungen wie den Themen Fachkräftesicherung, demografischer Wandel und Umgang mit digitalem Wandel. Ziel des Projektes ist es, eigene und nachhaltige Lösungen zu entwickeln. Dafür wird in Workshop-Formaten mit den Mitarbeitenden an den Fragestellungen gearbeitet. Gemeinsam sollen dadurch Strukturen und Organisationskultur verbessert werden, um den Bonner Verein fit für die Zukunft zu machen.

An wen richtet sich das Projekt?
Das Projekt richtet sich an den Bonner Verein für Pflege- und Gesundheitsberufe e.V. und seine Mitarbeitenden.
Projektziele
Das Projekt verfolgt drei übergeordnete Ziele.
- Fachkräftesicherung
Das Projekt reagiert auf den akuten Bedarf an Fachkräften. Das betrifft insbesondere Pflegepädagog*innen für unsere Pflegeschule. Es werden Maßnahmen entwickelt, um verstärkt Fachkräfte zu rekrutieren und diese langfristig zu binden. Dazu zählt auch, die Zufriedenheit der Mitarbeitenden zu fördern. - Kompetenzförderung
Die digitalen und organisatorischen Kompetenzen der Mitarbeitenden werden bedarfsorientiert geschult und dadurch verbessert. - Verbesserung von Strukturen und Prozessen
Dies führt zu einer besseren Zusammenarbeit und zu einem systematischen Wissenstransfer. Mit Blick auf den demografischen Wandel werden angepasste Personalentwicklungsstrukturen geschaffen.
